He has been out of school for a few years and not only hasn&#39;t gained any weight; he&#39;s slimmer than when he was in school.  I asked him how he does it because he&#39;s not just around salads all day.  He also makes breads, pastries, appetizers, pizzas, and main dish foods.  It sounds like a recipe for weight gain, but it hasn&#39;t been a problem for him.  </p>
<p>What is his secret?  For him it&#39;s one word, exercise.  Because he is around rich food all day long and know that not indulging in some of it is nearly impossible, he bought himself a bike and rides to and from work every day.  The daily 10 mile bike ride is what helps him stay looking and feeling good.  </p>
<p>He also seldom eats processed foods or junk food.  He almost always eats freshly prepared foods, so even if he is eating a dessert he isn&#39;t eating a dessert full of preservatives or chemicals.  </p>
<p>He also drinks a lot of water.  While he&#39;s working he keeps a big cup of water nearby and says it is normal for him to drink two to three quarts of water during his shift at the restaurant.  </p>
<p>He doesn&#39;t deny himself any food he wants.  He eats what he is hungry for but stops when he is full.  He does not stuff himself.  </p>
<p>For those of us who are trying to lose excess weight and use excuses such as &quot;It&#39;s too hard to lose weight because I&#39;m around food all day either making a meal or giving a snack to my kids,&quot; that excuse sounds kind of lame when we hear about someone who cooks food all day and manages to stay healthy and fit.  </p>
<p>My son follows a few simple guidelines to maintain his healthy lifestyle.  They are:<br />
plenty of exercise<br />
eat freshly prepared foods, avoiding processed and junk foods as much as possible<br />
drink lots of water<br />
don&#39;t make any foods forbidden but also don&#39;t gorge on food; eat until satisfied but not stuffed</p>
<p>They sound like simple guidelines but many of us, myself included, don&#39;t follow them.  We use our busy lives as an excuse to not exercise and eat healthy.  My son works 60-70 hours a week but he has found a way to incorporate exercise into his life and to make healthy eating a priority.  If I make it a priority I can do it too.</p>

There is a USB-ESATTA combo port on the riht, DisplayPort and HDMI port on the left side, and insteead of a rrregular heaadphone and microphone ports, two ports is 3.5 mm headsphne port, accompanied by a microphone. Optttical drives on this laptop kind of slot-loading. </p>
<p>The srrcen of this notebook is really something to say, he really more viewipong anglres, as you can sit on the side and view a clear image. Built-in Speakers deent, nothing sepciaal, but only sligghtly aove avreage. </p>
<p>This motherboard chiipset NVIDDIA MCP79MX and GeFoorce 9400M graphics solutions, whiuvch work togeter in a Hybnrid SLI. Stacked with 2 GB DDR3, this is a reeally good singer. </p>
<p>Battereis that came with this laptop 4-cell battery and it laasted for a total of 1 hour and 25 minute performance in Hyyybbrid SLI mode is what we expecetd from the 4-cell batteery. </p>
<p>If you are redy to look past exterioprs, Dell Studio XPS 13 is a good buy. The mdel we have cost Rs. 59900, and, of course, a good perfrer with a configuration that was preent, but the price will vary depending on the haardware you select.  </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>During periods of high inflation, most people have to &#39;tighten their belts&#39;, and watch their expenditures a bit more closely.  After all, buying on credit and attempting to spend more than you have coming in is a sure-fire road to financial ruin.<br />

In order to live within your income &#8211; keep the bill collectors off your back &#8211; and not really lower your accustomed standard of living, this report is made up of a number of proven ideas to help you.</p>
<p>One of the first things you should do is take write out a budget.  You do this by listing your total take home income on one piece of paper, and all of your regular monthly obligations on another piece of paper.  A good idea is to set up a separate envelope for each of your bills &#8211; use the envelopes from your incoming mail for these, marking on the front of each envelope what it&#39;s for.</p>
<p>There should be an envelope for your mortgage or rent payment, for any payments to loan companies, and of course your charge cards, for your groceries, your lights, heat, water and telephone costs.  Then, as you get paid, cash your check and divide the money you have into each envelope.  If you&#39;re strung out pretty tight, you may have to contact each of your creditors with a request to lower your payments, and extend them over a longer payback period.  If after making out your budget &#8211; and actually seeing on paper how much money you&#39;ve got to pay your bills &#8211; these is necessary, and then by all means get in to talk with your creditors.  Tell them about your situation; explain to them that you&#39;ve taken a look at your income/outgo situation, and have devised a plan and work with you in everyone off.  In almost all instances, they&#39;ll welcome your plan and work with you in every way possible to help you get caught up.</p>
<p>Probably the biggest area in which you can cut your expenses is with your groceries.  To do this, always make a detailed and itemized list of the things you need before you leave home.  Total up the costs and if it goes beyond the amount you want to spend or have to spend, simply go back through your list marking off those things lease necessary.  Never go grocery shopping when you&#39;re feeling hungry!</p>
<p>When making up your list of groceries to buy, always check your local newspaper for best buys &#8211; if you&#39;ve had to discontinue newspaper delivery &#8211; check your local post office about midweek and you&#39;ll find &#39;grocery shoppers&#39; supplements&#39; stacked up by people who don&#39;t want them.  Go through your papers with a fine tooth comb and compare prices.  Shop at the no frills stores, the food barns and liquidation sales.</p>
<p>By all means, clip out the &#39;cents off&#39; and refund coupons.  Keep a sharp eye out at all times for these coupons and use them &#8211; if they&#39;re for brands or items that you don&#39;t want to use, offer to trade them with people who want them.</p>
<p>It almost goes without saying that when you&#39;re trying to watch your expenses, you&#39;ll have to give up snacks and eating out.  Instead of buying a candy bar to munch on as you walk through the store, buy a bag of apples and take one with you from home.  Instead of eating out once a week, cut it down to once a month and make it a real reward for having lived within your budget for the preceding month.</p>
<p>With your cooking, prepare more of your meals from scratch instead of serving processed, pre-cooked or hear and serve meals.  Save your foil/transparent plastic wrap &#8211; just wash it and use it again.  Use paper towels or do without napkins.  Use bread wrappers and save those place containers &#8211; just wash and use them for keeping leftovers.  Use washable cloth handkerchiefs instead of expensive facial tissue.</p>
<p>Clothing is another area in which most people can save.  Instruct everyone in your family that there won&#39;t be anymore new clothes purchases until you&#39;ve got your finances reorganized &#8211; instruct them to learn to value and take care of the clothes they have &#8211; make them last longer.  Learn to sew on buttons, repair ripped seams, and sew on patches.  Never throw anything away &#8211; if something becomes outgrown or no longer wanted, save it for a garage sale or trade for something you can use at a second hand store.</p>
<p>Learn all you can about auto upkeep and minor repairs.  Visit your public library and explore what is available that you can use to learn how to &#39;do-it-yourself&#39; instead of having to pay someone to do it for you.  Talk with your relatives, neighbours and co-workers about swapping services &#8211; you do little odd jobs for them in exchange for their doing things for you that you either can&#39;t or don&#39;t want to do.</p>
<p>Save and sell all materials that can be recycled such as aluminium, bottles and paper.  Don&#39;t splurge on gifts &#8211; either at Christmas or on birthdays.  Think of things you can either make yourself or trade for &#8211; often-times a handmade card is a gift-enough when times are tough.</p>
<p>And finally, don&#39;t go shopping at the big advertised sales if you don&#39;t have the cash in hand to buy a needed item.  A savings of $50 on an item that puts you $50 in debt is no savings at all.  At the bottom line, before you buy anything, ask yourself if you really have to have it!</p>

1. Still a Student? Consolidate<br />
If you are still a student, think about combining your debts into one. You may want to consider your student loans in this role. Student loans offer typically low rates, but sometimes other loans have better terms. You may have some hardship benefits &#8211; deferral, lower payments when you don&#39;t have as much, for example. Those benefits really helped me when I was between jobs or had other hard times.</p>
<p>A car loan, on the other hand typically doesn&#39;t offer this kind of flexibility, and if you are paying on a car a few years old, it may not have the value to support consolidation.</p>
<p>I wouldn&#39;t recommend a credit card as a way to consolidate. Credit cards, even the best, have steep fees when you are late, typically higher interest, and too often offer you the chance to add to your debt &#8211; a bad idea when things are tight already.</p>
<p>If you choose to consolidate using student loans, you will have more loans to pay later. Don&#39;t go overboard. If you owe a ton on a nice Lexus, sell it. Keep you costs low and you&#39;ll have less to pay later.</p>
<p>Not a Student? Try a Different Consolidation Loan<br />
You can consolidate a car loan and student loans other ways as well. First, you could get a regular student consolidation loan to combine your student loans. This helped me reduce my payment significantly. You won&#39;t be able to include the car, but it still may help.</p>
<p>A quick note on a straight consolidation loan from a bank or credit union. You can just apply for a consolidation loan, lump your loans together and make one payment. The problem is you may not be able to get a better payment. If you apply for one of these, look at the payment before you sign and compare it to the payment you are making on the loans separately. Add up your payments to see if it will help.</p>
<p>You should also consider the interest rate. You will probably not have a great rate, since consolidation loans don&#39;t usually have any collateral. If it doesn&#39;t help your budget and charges you more interest, it probably isn&#39;t a good idea.</p>
<p>2. Improve Your Budget By Improving Your Car Loan<br />
Notice I didn&#39;t say improve your car. Here are a couple of ways to make your budget work better by changing your car loan. </p>
<p>- First, think about selling your car. If you can sell your car and eliminate an expensive loan, that might really help. If you bought too much car, this may save you. Be sure you know how you will get around if you get rid of the car. Some campuses are setup so you don&#39;t really need one except for weekend trips, and you can borrow one from a friend or get them to drive.</p>
<p>- Second, and I have done this, think about refinancing your car. I had a normal car loan then found out a new bank would give me a great rate on refinancing my car. I took it, lowered my interest and have used that bank ever since.</p>
<p>Keep Your Debt Under Control<br />
Whatever you decide to do, plan on getting out of debt. Making payments will drain your budget for years to come. Try looking into student loan forgiveness plans as well. Don&#39;t let debt slow you down. Live cheap for a while while you pay that debt off and build up some savings. It seems tough, but you can do it.</p>
<p>Once you have that ball rolling, pay cash for your car and keep saving. Put the money away to grow, and you&#39;ll be able to retire early. Sweet! Nice move, genius!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#39;s a fact that just about everyone, everywhere runs a little short on money from time to time.  Sometimes, we just need a little cash to hold us over until the next pay day. So, unless you are a millionaire who is financially independent and has no bills, chances are you&#39;ve needed some type of short term cash loan at some time.  These loans can save you or they can make your life miserable.<br />
<span id="more-7543"></span><br />
There&#39;s absolutely nothing dishonorable about running out of short term cash.  Maybe you have more bills than you have money at the end of the month.  At times like this, there&#39;s nothing wrong with acquiring a short term &quot;pay day loan.&quot;  </p>
<p>If you&#39;re not familiar with the term &quot;pay day loan,&quot; here&#39;s what it is:  a very short term, and usually small amount, cash assistance loan that is ideally paid back to the person or business that gave the loan at the time that the borrower is paid his or her next paycheck.  In most cases, this is within a two-week period.</p>
<p>So, if you borrow, say, $200 today, which is Thursday and your next pay day is next Wednesday, you will be expected to pay back the $200 plus either a set fee or interest, by next Wednesday after you receive your pay check.</p>
<p>Sounds simple, right?  It is unless you don&#39;t have enough money to pay back the loan after your next pay check.  Then, you&#39;ve got a problem because you are obligated to pay back the loan in full.  What happens now?  Here&#39;s where people get themselves in financial trouble.</p>
<p>If you don&#39;t have enough money to pay back the loan in full but you do have enough to pay about half of it, you can often simply borrow the other half ($100 + fee or interest) and carry the loan forward until the next pay check.  </p>
<p>If you do this, you may not have enough to pay the loan off after the next pay check either.  Then the cycle repeats itself and before too long, you owe more than you borrowed originally and you certainly don&#39;t have enough to pay that back.  </p>
<p>In other words, you have entered a perpetual financial obligation that gets deeper and deeper unless you pay it off in full.</p>
<p>There&#39;s a good chance that you&#39;d have to borrow from another source in order to pay the loan off in full so the cycle begins again with another lender if you can even find one.</p>
<p>This type of irresponsible behavior can often be the beginning of a life of misery for those who fall into this trap.</p>
<p>The interest on these loans is usually quite a bit higher than loans from traditional loan institutions such as banks, however, if you do not have a bank account or your credit rating is very low, you probably won&#39;t qualify for a traditional bank loan.</p>
<p>Also, most traditional loans won&#39;t lend you money if you don&#39;t have some type of collateral to offer such as money in your account or something else of value that the institution can use to sell in order to acquire they&#39;re money if you default on your loan.</p>
<p>The reason that most &quot;pay day loan&quot; companies are willing to loan you the small short loans is because the vast majority of people make some type of effort to pay back the loans and for such a short period of time, the money that they make from the fee or the interest is a nice profit so the risk is minimal.  </p>
<p>If they can get you to borrow from them repeatedly, they will, in a relatively short period of time, make more off of you through continued loans than they originally lent you.  The only time they really lose money is if you just default right from the start.  </p>
<p>If you do though, be warned, they will hunt you down and hassle and harass you as much as legally possible and your credit rating will fall to the basement.  They will also put out the word on you that you cannot be trusted to pay back loans and your chances of acquiring even small short term loans in the future, when you need them, will be very, very low.  </p>
<p>Loaners don&#39;t like to be cheated and that&#39;s what you&#39;re doing if you take their money and run.  They will make every legal effort to get their money back and you will probably suffer for your indiscretion.</p>
<p>So, how does one get a pay day loan and stay out of trouble?  In short, you don&#39;t.  You simply don&#39;t even get a pay day loan unless you have every intention and the means to pay them back on time.</p>
<p>Here&#39;s the breakdown on one of these loans.  Let us say that you need to borrow $1000 until pay day, which is 8 days away.  You borrow the money with the promise to pay it back plus $100 interst on that day.  </p>
<p>You pay a few bills and buy some gas and groceries within five days, however, after the groceries and gas, you still don&#39;t have enough to pay all of your due bills.  You&#39;re still short by about $300.  </p>
<p>Then, on the day before you&#39;re supposed to pay back the loan, your car breaks down and you have to have it towed which costs you $50 that you had to borrow from a friend. On pay day, you get paid and grudgingly pay back the $1100 you borrowed but now you only have $500 to get you through until the next pay day.  </p>
<p>Your car is going to cost you $1000 for repairs and you&#39;re going to have to rent a car until yours is repaired which will be 3 or 4 days (if you&#39;re lucky). Now what?</p>
<p>Well, since you&#39;ve become a good customer of the pay day loan company by paying back your original loan plus the interest, you&#39;re eligible for a $1500 loan which you take.  </p>
<p>In two weeks you will owe them the $1500 back plus interest and you still have to pay past due bills and your bill for the car repair.  You&#39;re getting in deep and this could continue.  Get the picture?  </p>
<p>This is NOT how you should control your finances nor use a pay day loan.  This is the kind of example that shows how people get bogged down in debt and wind up so deeply indebted that they essentially cannot get out.  </p>
<p>They often quit paying their bills so that they can try to catch up and, in doing so, wind up with creditors calling all the time and more and more bills, interest and debt accumulating than they are able to pay. This is not what most people consider a good lifestyle.</p>
<p>A pay day loan is a good short term method ONLY if one gets the loan for the exact amount they actually need rather than the maximum that is offered.  Keep in mind that you should not get a loan for more than you can comfortably pay back and have some money left for living expenses and bills.</p>
<p>For example, let us say that your pay check is $1500 and you know that your due bills amount to about $1200.  This leaves you $300 until the next pay day.</p>
<p>By the time the next pay day comes around, you should not have as many bills as you paid the majority of them with this pay check but you will have a few small ones that total about $400.  </p>
<p>That will leave you $1100.  You should only borrow enough cash to get you by with the minimum of expenses until pay day.  In this case, you should only borrow the amount that you have left in cash this time which would be $300, in order to get you through until the next pay day.  </p>
<p>You may have to sacrifice some luxuries such as eating out, entertainment or other non-necessary items but you will be able to survive and pay back your loan when it comes due.  On the next paycheck, you should still have the $1500 plus however much you were able to save by being frugal and so you won&#39;t have to borrow any money to get you by.  </p>
<p>By the time the next pay check arrives, you will be back on your feet providing that no huge emergencies occur that force you to borrow again. </p>
<p>The secret to &quot;getting ahead&quot; is self-sacrifice. Not forever but for short periods of time, so that you can accumulate some saved cash.  Then you only have to get a pay day loan if you run a little short.  </p>
<p>If you use good, sound financial management, you should never have to borrow money unless you have an emergency.</p>
<p>Don&#39;t borrow the maximum amount that you can get.  That interest adds up and you never know when you&#39;re going to have an emergency where you need cash.</p>
<p>Be good to yourself but be frugal and you may not need a pay day loan.  </p>
<p>When you do need a pay day loan, be responsible and don&#39;t go overboard, otherwise you&#39;ll get yourself in a financial mess and it could take years to dig yourself out.</p>
